    Well, been on an extended 3 week mostly-break time. Time to get back into it.

    Evening: jujutsu, a bit more than 2 hours, form work, some ground work.

    Morning: Boxing workout - 2 rounds of jump-roping, 3 rounds of bag work, 1 round of makiwara work, 1 round of shadowboxing, focusing on movement and defense/counters. Took about 25 minutes total (including 1-minute rest periods).

    Evening: Jujuts, 1.5 hours, form work.

    Morning: Crossfit Workout. 3 rounds Crossfit warm-up, 10 reps each, full. WoD: 5 rounds for time of 95 lbs. Snatch, 3 reps; 95 lbs. Overhead Squat, 15 reps; run 400 meters. Doing the Brand-X scaling for my level, and subbing out runs, because I hate sprinting on the treadmill, game me: 3 rounds for time of 95 lbs. snatch, 3 reps; 95 lbs. overhead squat, 15 reps; row 500 meters. Total time was 14:09.

    Morning: Crossfit workout
    Crossfit Warmup, 3 rounds, no pull-ups or dips.
    Crossfit WoD: Nate - 2 Muscle-ups, 4 hand-stand push-ups, 8 2 pood kettlebell swings, as many times as possible in 20 minutes. I did the brand-X scaled version for my ability level, which was: 6 Pull-ups, 6 Dips, 4 Feet-bridged HSPUs, 8 50 pound dumbbell swings. I did 8 rounds in 20:50.

    Evening: Jujutsu, 2 hours, form work.

    Morning: Yeah, I said fuck it. Back to Crossfit.

    Crossfit Warm-up, 2 rounds, 10 reps each. Crossfit WoD - Squat 5-5-5-5-5. I did front squats (pet peeve - shoulder shrugs on the squat rack - seriously - if you can't deadlift it, you should not be shrugging it, pansies), and did 135-145-145-145-145.

    Evening: Jujutsu, 1.5 hours, form work.

    Morning: Sprint work, run .6 mile, sprint intervals for 1.2 miles, 1:2 sprint/recovery ration, run .6 miles. 10 minutes of hitting things.

    Morning: Ran 2.5 miles, Pull-ups: 12/3, Push-ups: 35/11, Rows: 13/7, Dips: 7/5, Balance ball sit-ups: 39/30, Balance ball back extensions: 11.

    Was trying to do my pull-ups more strict, less kipping. Balance ball back extensions are HARD. Surprisingly so.

    Evening: Jujutsu, 1 hour, weapons work. 10 minutes of hitting things beforehand.
